About
People feel off sometimes, it happens. Life can get heavy, confusing, or just not feel like it’s clicking the way it used to. I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, and questions about identity or direction. My approach is steady, collaborative, and real -we’ll make sense of what’s going on together. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear goal coming in, we’ll figure that out as we go. My goal is to help you feel more like yourself again. I often work with adolescents and young adults, but I’m open to anyone looking for more clarity, balance, and a stronger sense of self. I work with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem, supporting clients through change, uncertainty, and stress while helping them make sense of their experiences and build coping skills. My approach is warm but practical—we look at patterns, challenge what’s not working, and build on what is so the work carries beyond the therapy room. Whether it’s coping with anxiety, adjusting to life’s large and small changes, or simply finding more balance in their daily lives, I aim to support each person on their unique journey. I'm also trained in the Yale SPACE program - evidence based for childhood anxiety, OCD and ARFID among other presentations. I look forward to connecting with you! Specialties: I am trained in the Yale SPACE Treatment, an evidence-based program to address childhood, adolescent and young adult anxiety. This model has been developed to address generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, ARFID, young adult failure to launch among others. Credentials & Experience: I have advanced training in the Yale SPACE Program, an evidence-based model addressing childhood, adolescent and young adult anxiety.
