About

My clients receive individualized, evidence-based treatment approaches that allow them to be empowered to challenge and change aspects of themselves and their lives they want to be different. My approach is genuine, compassionate, and a combination of unconditional support and being held accountable when needed. Each session is a place for you to be your authentic self and take a closer look at thought and behavioral patterns that may be holding you back from where or who you want to be. My background in residential treatment settings specializing in obsessive compulsive disorders and eating disorders has prepared me to help those who are not sure if change is possible. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) to help bring you change. I help individuals struggling with OCD and related disorders, unhealthy relationships with food and exercise, body image issues, and obsessive needs for control, order, and perfection. My approach is social justice informed and Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned. I treat each individual as a whole and see every person’s strengths and potential. Specialties: I use evidence based treatments to help provide people with concrete skills and solutions to their struggles. Credentials & Experience: I currently hold licenses in MA, NH, and VT and am an approved clinical supervisor for pre-licensed clinicians. I am the owner of Insights Group in Rye, NH and see clients in person and virtually.

"I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These therapies are compassionate, direct, solution focused, and evidence based."
