As a client, therapy is your time to show up for you. As your therapist, I will show up with you and offer unconditional support to drive the change you want to see in yourself. Sessions with me are relational, collaborative, and might even include a little humor. I'll show up as me so you can show up as you—we're just humans, after all. :) I have a particular passion working with adolescents, teens, and young adults. These years come with unique challenges often described as isolating, feeling lost or stuck, and misunderstood. I aim to support people of any age in getting to know themselves, making sense of their experiences, and create a life that feels healthier and more balanced. No matter what you're seeking help for, you can always expect my approach to be rooted in compassion and acceptance.
