I help individuals and families navigate anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and family stress with compassion and support . Whether a child is having difficulty managing big emotions, a teen feels withdrawn or easily frustrated, or an adult is coping with stress, health challenges, or major life changes, I provide a supportive and safe space to help clients feel more grounded and confident . My approach is collaborative, empowering, and solution-focused. I use evidence-based methods such as CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and manage stress. Therapy is tailored to each client’s needs and is developmentally and age appropriate. Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t need to have everything figured out to start.
