About
Whether you’re navigating a painful breakup, stuck in a cycle of on-again-off-again relationships, or struggling to say “no” without guilt, you’re not alone. I help women untangle themselves from unhealthy dynamics and reclaim their emotional space—because boundaries are our best friend. We work on helping you find your voice, increase your self-esteem, and reduce people-pleasing behaviors to establish your boundaries. I help single women create standards, newly single women start their road to recovery, and assist women in complicated relationships in exploring their commitment level. I specialize in exploring indecisiveness about staying or leaving a relationship and healing after heartbreak. I work with adults who feel drained by people-pleasing, codependency, or the aftermath of a relationship that left them questioning their self-worth. I teach my clients how to stand on business by enforcing boundaries and creating standards. To start your healing journey together, email me or text 702-900-8663. Please, include your top 3 requested days and times. I'll do my best to accommodate your first choice. My hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday from 12 pm to 7 pm. Thursday is teletherapy only. I use a small dog to offer comfort and support to clients who want physical comfort. Specialties: I work with clients who struggle to set and enforce boundaries with family, friends, and colleagues. We work on increasing your self-esteem, the ability to prioritize yourself, and the communication skills needed to implement boundaries. Most of my clients feel empowered enough to start maintaining healthy boundaries.
