About
Hi, thanks for stopping by. I offer a free consultation if you would like to meet and discuss compatibility, and I’m more than happy to provide referrals if needed. I’ve spent a lot of my life exploring various fields. Before counseling, I worked for roughly 20 years in medicine, either in tech or aide roles. I enjoy helping others explore what matters to them in their own lives and to find patterns, strengths, and areas of growth. My initial focus was on medical trauma and chronic illness, and I built up experience supporting people navigating trauma, grief, shame, and questions of authenticity. I work with all ages. I am a WPATH member and provide gender affirming care. Much of my work has included helping men, LGBTQ+ communities, and teens. I lean on experience and evidence-based practices. Life lifes, and no single approach works for everyone; I do what I can to tailor to each person’s needs. I also offer EMDR as an option for processing trauma. My availability is flexible, and that includes evenings and weekends. I offer both telehealth and in-person options. On Saturdays, I am available for in-person sessions in Lincoln. Please feel free to reach out with any questions; I do my best to respond as soon as I can. Specialties: I work with concerns like trauma, low self-worth, identity exploration, and overwhelming stress. Treatment often involves identifying patterns, exploring underlying meaning, and building practical skills. The goal is lasting insight, improved self-trust, and a stronger sense of stability. Credentials & Experience: I'm a PLMHP with a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I use evidence-based approaches to support adults navigating trauma, complex mental health, low self-worth, identity concerns, and high-stress or LGBTQ experiences.
