About

Life has a way of pulling the rug out from under us. When it does, everything can feel turned upside down. Fear, anxiety, and overwhelm can quickly outpace the ways you’ve learned to cope. What once felt like strength may no longer feel sufficient for what’s in front of you. In these moments, it’s easy to feel stuck or at the mercy of forces beyond your control. And yet, these moments can also open the door to new ways of relating to yourself and your experience—ways that support steadiness, clarity, and forward movement. Since 2013, I’ve worked with individuals navigating illness, loss, trauma, and relational challenges, as well as those seeking growth. My role is to help you develop practical tools and perspectives that support resilience and change, drawing from the body, emotions, thoughts, and deeper sources of meaning to create the optimal space for insight and growth. Together, we’ll work toward greater alignment between your inner experience and the life you’re living, supporting a more stable sense of well-being during difficult periods. Over time, you’ll build tools and practices you can rely on—ones that help you respond to challenges with more clarity, direction, and freedom. Specialties: I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, chronic illness, and relationship issues. My approach integrates evidence-based psychology with mindfulness and somatic awareness to support both insight and action, helping you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered to thrive in both work and life. Credentials & Experience: I am trained in Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, all of which inform my work with individuals and couples.

"My approach to each session is integrative and incorporates the mind, heart, body, and soul into the work. This is done through four therapeutic modalities: Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic (body-based sensing), and creative work that incorporates the imagination as a tool for nervous system regulation."
