You’ve carried the weight of trauma, shame, and survival for too long. Maybe you feel anxious, numb, or hypervigilant—always scanning for danger, never able to fully rest. You might long for calm, belonging, and relationships that feel safe and real. For queer and sensitive souls, the world can be overwhelming: too loud, too fast, too unsafe to simply be. You’ve learned to hold everything together while quietly falling apart inside. You want to breathe again, to reconnect with your body and truth, to remember who you are beneath all the masks, the coping, and the shrinking. You're ready to move deeper. I help folks move through trauma using integrative, contemplative, and decolonizing approaches: IFS-informed parts work, EMDR, somatic therapy, Buddhist psychology, and narrative reclamation. Together, we’ll tend the nervous system and the soul, rebuilding trust in your inner wisdom, relationships, and your right to feel safe, authentic, and whole again. You are not too much, too sensitive, or too complicated. You’re a full ass human being with a deeply layered story that deserves care, curiosity, and reverence. Healing can be wild, tender, nonlinear—and profoundly beautiful. If you’re ready to explore what wholeness could mean for you, I’d be honored to walk beside you in that remembering. Specialties: I specialize in complex and various forms of deep-seated trauma and how it can often present: depression, anxiety, stress, OCD, grief, depersonalization, compulsive people pleasing, hyper-binary thinking, self negation, self harm, and many others. Credentials & Experience: As a graduate of Naropa University, I bring a wealth of compassionate care, patience, and ancient disciplines to my practice. My approach is rooted in decolonial and contemplative wisdom - I don't help folks get "well adjusted" to the sickness of society.
"My approach integrates Contemplative Psychotherapy & Buddhist Psychology with Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and IFS (informed) Parts Work. While compartmentalizing is sometimes necessary, it is limited for many reasons. I believe true healing and growth is a non-pathologizing, decolonial, and sacred path and only comes from working with our root system."
