Entering counseling can feel scary but it is also a courageous step in the right direction. As your counselor, I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to process what is preventing you from moving forward in life. My goal is to help you make the most of your life and find a sense of purpose and peace. I work with individuals, couples and families. I use several modalities while working with clients including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and reality therapy. I utilize the Gottman method when working with couples. I have specific training to treat addictions including sex addiction, infidelity and recovery through affairs. Much of my career has been spent working with clients who are experiencing addictions (substances/sex/love), self esteem & relationship difficulties including codependency, affairs/infidelity. I look forward to working with you individually, or you and your partner, to help you find freedom from whatever is holding you back from living the life you deserve. Specialties: I work with clients who may be struggling with relationship issues, addictions and other mental health stressors including anxiety, depression and mood disorders. I also offer pre-marital counseling. Sessions are interactive and goal driven. Credentials & Experience: I have over 12 years of experience treating individuals and families with substance use and mental health disorders. My training in relationship dynamics and conflict management can be used with nearly all clients. While I specialize in addiction, I enjoy working with a wide variety of issues.
