About

As a licensed professional counselor and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider in Webb City, Missouri, I provide trauma-informed therapy serving the greater Joplin area. As both a clinician and a neurodivergent (AuDHD) person, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and personal understanding to our therapeutic relationship. My practice specializes in trauma, anxiety and grief recovery, ADHD and Autism support, chronic illness management, and spiritual healing. Using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, and Somatic Experiencing (SE), we work together to process life experiences at your pace. I recognize that our stress responses and past experiences shape our present reactions, and I'll help you develop practical tools for emotional regulation and healing. My office provides a gentle, accepting space for both in-person sessions in Webb City and telehealth services throughout Missouri. Your story matters, and while trauma may be part of your history, it doesn't have to be your destiny. I would be honored to walk alongside you, creating a space of safety, trust, and authentic understanding as you discover yourself. Whether you're seeking support for grief, anxiety, or trauma recovery, navigating life as an ADHD or Autistic person, or managing chronic illness, finding you and healing is possible! Specialties: The client who chooses to journey with me is often facing a situation that leaves them feeling uncertain and experiencing anxiety, attempting to resolve trauma, or discovering their unmasked neurospicy self. If this is you, together, we'll create a trauma-informed plan using mind and body-based techniques to help you find balance as you continue to find yourself, ways to meet your needs, and heal. Credentials & Experience: I'm a trauma informed, person centered therapist. I'm certified as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), an Autism services provider (ASDCS), and in Neuropsychotherapy. I've also trained in Somatic Experiencing, IFS, Compassionate Inquiry, and am an EMDR-trained professional.

"I am person centered as I believe clients hold the keys to their healing, and often simply need assistance to unlock the doors holding them back from achieving their healthiest self! In the beginning, I listen to discover what you believe you need, provide reflection, and tailor my approach to meet you or your loved one where they're at right now."
