About
We’re living through an overwhelming amount of unprecedented stress, and it’s taking a real toll on our nervous systems. Fear, anxiety, grief, anger, and exhaustion have become baseline states. Not because you’re doing something wrong, but because you’re human. On top of that, you are likely already carrying personal experiences of loss, trauma, identity shifts, or navigating major life transitions. If life feels heavy or hard to make sense of right now, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Wherever you are in your journey, I offer in-person therapy in Kansas City, MO and virtual therapy for individuals across MO, KS, and CO! I take a relational approach to therapy, focusing on how connection, identities, and lived experience shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and work toward deeper understanding, connection, and repair within yourself and/or within your relationships. Individual therapy, relationship work, or somewhere in between, this space is for you. I offer an affirming, down-to-earth approach rooted in care and curiosity, with room for real talk and humor. If you cuss, laugh at the wrong moments, or feel nervous reaching out, we’ll probably get along just fine. When you’re ready, we can start with a conversation! Specialties: I work with clients navigating trauma, identity exploration, grief, and life transitions. Whether you're facing challenges in your relationships, struggling with self-doubt, or processing past wounds, we'll work together to develop a personalized plan for healing. Many of my clients experience noticeable relief and clarity within a few sessions, with continued progress as we work together. Credentials & Experience: I have experience helping adults, particularly those navigating trauma, grief, and LGBTQIA journeys. I'm licensed in Missouri and hold additional training in EMDR through the EMDR International Association.
"I use a blend of therapeutic modalities to help you process grief, trauma, connect with your true self, and/or build healthier relationships. In our first session, we'll discuss what brought you in and together, we'll choose the best approach as we navigate forward. I want you to be as involved in the process as possible, because your voice is important."
