About
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and founder of a mental health group in Mississippi. I have been counseling for more than 20 years. I specialize in trauma-informed care for individuals recovering from domestic violence, assault, or recent inpatient treatment. My focus is on providing holistic, client-centered therapy that helps people heal, regain emotional balance, and thrive. Whether someone is navigating grief, anxiety, or identity struggles, my goal is to walk with them toward a more abundant life. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and trauma-focused interventions. I specialize in working with individuals who have survived domestic violence, assault, or have been recently discharged from inpatient facilities such as hospitals or shelters. My practice is rooted in providing meaningful aftercare designed to promote long-term healing and reduce the risk of re-hospitalization.
