About
I help individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, and the relationship stress that often comes with them. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or disconnected from themselves and their partners. I provide a warm, supportive space to help you manage worry, build confidence, improve communication, and break painful patterns so you can feel more grounded, secure, and connected in your life and relationships. I take a warm, collaborative, and interactive approach. I meet you where you are, providing a safe and non-judgmental space to explore challenges, uncover patterns, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to empower you to strengthen your connections, reduce stress, and build a more harmonious and meaningful life. I understand how painful it can feel when communication breaks down, trust is shaken, or anxiety makes everyday life feel overwhelming. Relationships are complex, and it’s common to feel stuck, frustrated, or unsure of the next step. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Specialties: I work with couples and individuals who may be struggling with communication breakdowns, trust issues, frequent conflict, or emotional distance in their relationships. I also support those preparing for marriage, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety that impacts daily life or their ability to connect with others. Credentials & Experience: I'm a licensed therapist in Mississippi with 10 years of experience helping children, teens, and families navigate grief, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I offer trauma-informed, compassionate care in a safe and supportive space."
"I primarily use the Gottman Method, one of the most respected and research-based approaches for couples therapy. This method focuses on improving communication, managing conflict in healthy ways, building friendship and intimacy, and creating a stronger sense of partnership. I also integrate other relationship-focused methods, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Solution-Focused Therapy."
