About
My ideal client is someone who’s feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck- whether that’s because of anxiety, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, low self-worth, or life just not turning out the way they hoped. They’re looking for support that feels safe, grounded, and collaborative. Deep down, they want to feel more confident in who they are, set boundaries without guilt, and create more meaningful connections. They're ready to work toward growth, even if it feels scary or uncertain, and they want someone to walk alongside them through it. I offer a supportive space using CBT, DBT, ACT, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches. We'll explore your thoughts, build helpful tools, and reconnect with what matters most to you- at your pace and in a way that feels right for you. You're not alone in this. Life can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to support you. Together, we can create space for growth, healing, and a deeper connection to yourself. Specialties: I work with clients navigating challenges like anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, and interpersonal relationship dynamics. In our first few sessions, we'll spend time getting to know your story, what you've been through, what you're facing now, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy so we can create a path forward that feels right for you. Credentials & Experience: I have 9 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families in various environments. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Mississippi.
"I consider myself an eclectic therapist in that I utilize a variety of modalities. Therapy with me is a team effort. Whether you're looking for support, perspective, or just a space to sort through what you're feeling, I'm here to meet you where you are and figure it out together."
