About

As a therapist, I believe healing begins with being truly seen and heard. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment. Whether you're facing anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you—at your pace, on your terms. Therapy is not about “fixing” you—because you are not broken. It’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, uncover what’s been weighing you down, and learn new ways of understanding and caring for yourself. I approach every client with deep respect, curiosity, and compassion, drawing from a blend of evidence-based practices and a warm, relational style that honors your unique story. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma—both the overwhelming events and the quieter, chronic wounds that erode our sense of safety and worth. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, please know you don’t have to face it alone. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but it’s also a powerful first step toward healing. I would be honored to walk with you on this journey—at your pace, in a space where you are deeply seen, heard, and valued. Specialties: I work with clients facing depression or trauma, often rooted in relationships or family dynamics. In our early sessions, we'll explore your challenges and create a plan for healing. Many clients begin to notice relief within the first month, with continued progress as we work together toward lasting change. Credentials & Experience: In addition to my clinical experience, I'm currently pursuing certification in ADHD treatment to better support neurodiverse clients. I also regularly attend workshops and advanced training in trauma-informed care, as well as specialized education in marriage and family therapy.

"I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts impact their emotions and behaviors. In our first session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and determine the best way forward. CBT can help you challenge unhelpful thoughts and develop healthier patterns that support emotional growth and lasting change."
