About
I have experience supporting clients as they navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, dysfunctional patterns, and life transitions. I provide gender-affirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive, culturally sensitive, person-centered therapy. I believe that each person that comes into this space deserves a treatment approach that is tailored to their unique needs and experiences. To help ensure that, I integrate key parts of various evidence-based treatment approaches including CBT, DBT, IFS, CFT to best meet your needs. I encourage and welcome transparent feedback so we can adjust our approach as needed. I’m a licensed professional counselor with licenses in Mississippi and Texas. I graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with my bachelor’s in psychology in 2017 and my master’s in counseling psychology in 2020. I’ve worked in different settings including telehealth, homes, schools, and an acute care inpatient psychiatric hospital. My goal is to support you through your healing journey and help you become the version of you that you like best. “No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who hasn’t started.” Specialties: I support individuals and families through life's challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Compassionate care covers relationship issues, family conflict, parenting, grief, sleep concerns, and personal growth through life coaching and transitions. We also provide affirming, inclusive support for LGBTQ and transgender individuals, addressing self-esteem. Credentials & Experience: Now accepting new clients in Mississippi and Texas. I provide personalized therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more. Compassionate care to help you move forward starts here.
