About

Therapy provides a safe space for exploring challenges, developing strengths, gaining coping skills and growing to a better understanding of ourselves. We can share and process our experiences, emotions, beliefs and thoughts without fear of judgment. Therapy is a team relationship, we work together. My goal is to be your teammate, cheerleader, sounding board, empathetic confidant, and guide. As the therapist, I am there with some humor, support, curiosity, compassion, and understanding. I want to empower you so you can regain confidence in your resilience. Be yourself, you matter! You are worthy to get your needs met. I work with depression, anxiety, trauma, adapting to change, eating disorders, substance abuse, relationship issues, family issues, attachment, and assertiveness/boundary issues, behavioral issues, self-esteem/self-worth concerns, perfectionism, polyamorous/ethical non-monogamy, non-binary/gender identity, LGBTQ+, multiple belief systems, cultures, and more. Therapy is highly personalized. You are invited to give feedback, ask questions, and be yourself. Working with adults ages 18 and up, I use a wide range of tools to help depending on what works best for each person (including , HOCI, ART, somatic, play, and art techniques). Your concerns, whether big or small, are worthy of getting support in a safe space. Specialties: I work with clients who may be struggling with trauma, self-esteem issues, addiction, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, body dysmorphia, attachment issues, relationship issues, and more. I am Advanced/Enhanced certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy; an extremely effective tool of change, processing, and healing. We collaborate to help identify and address problem symptoms. Credentials & Experience: I have been licensed as a professional clinical counselor since 2017. I love working with adults over 18 using multiple tools like Healing Our Core Issues (HOCII) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I really enjoy working with ADHD, developmental trauma, eating disorders, addiction and more.

"After initially exploring what brings you to therapy, I like to assess how it is impacting your life and sense of self. I use a wide variety of tools, especially HOCI, CBT, DBT and ART. These tools allow for exploring thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My hope is to help you stay out of shame and gain insight into your challenges and how they relate to your gifts and strengths."
