About
I am looking to add more perinatal clients! My method of counseling is holistic, focusing on emotional, physical, social, and, spiritual wellness. I work at a clinic that specializes in trauma, and I like to incorporate movement and creativity in the healing process. I appreciate in-person appointments to connect with clients. Many clients will hold trauma in their bodies, and my goal is to help you let that go and continue to heal. I enjoy using a spiritual component in therapy as well, as this is an important aspect of wellness. I strive to be person-centered, and find coping skills and strategies that will best help each client. I'm creative and love to help clients find different ways to cope with their issues. I’m passionate about movement and how connected the body is to mental health; as I have a strong background in exercise science and dance. I most often help clients challenge their negative beliefs, work through trauma, and reduce/eliminate thoughts of suicide or self-harm. I want to continue to advocate that mental health is just as important as physical health, and they are deeply interconnected. I am an ally and advocate for the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I can also offer a Christian perspective. If you are looking to work towards overall wellness, I would love to help you on that journey. Specialties: I treat suicidal ideation, trauma, and mood disorders. These are common in the populations of adolescents and young adults, which is who I most enjoy working with. I have a strong background in exercise and movement, which has helped me understand whole wellness for my clients. I am here to help you live the best life you can, to find joy and hope. Credentials & Experience: I have been working with adults, children, and teens with mental illness since 2018. I have my LPC in Minnesota and am working towards an LPCC.

I am passionate about using creativity in treatment, specifically incorporating dance and movement or art. I am currently working towards yoga somatic healing and trauma informed yoga certificates. I am also starting outdoor sessions!"
