I have extensive experience in the fields of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). After 35 years in the field, I am excited to focus exclusively on virtual assessments of ADHD and ASD in adults, while being mindful of other coexisting conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am licensed to administer virtual assessments in 42 states through PSYPACT. Regarding ADHD, I have evaluated over 5,000 children, teens, and adults; I have parented 3 children with ADHD, and have ADHD myself. Regarding ASD, I have spent the past 12 years working with and learning from individuals with autism; continuously refining my ability to accurately identify ASD symptoms and to differentiate these from other conditions. I greatly enjoy working together with individuals with ADHD and/or ASD. As part of the detailed evaluation process, my reports offer recommendations to help clients move forward and embrace their unique identities, to address symptoms that serve to hinder their sense of well-being, and to help create more affirming and supportive environments. Specialties: My practice is focused on assessment, feedback, and recommendations, although many clients state that the process was therapeutic for them. Understanding how your symptoms were manifested throughout your life, past and present, in a supportive setting with a skilled evaluator is most often a highly meaningful process.
