About

Life can feel heavy when you are fighting to feel accepted, both by others and yourself. Whether you are wanting a deeper understanding of your LGBTQ+ identity, processing a life transition, or working through anxiety or depression, you don't have to go through it alone. As your therapist, I provide a supporting, affirming space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself. I will walk alongside you, and together we will create goals that strengthen your confidence. We can process any stress or pain you have been carrying, build resilience to help you overcome it, and help you move forward with a sense of purpose and peace. As a therapist-in-training with support from a licensed supervisor at Daylight Therapy, I offer affordable and accessible care. Using cognitive-behavioral and person-centered approaches, I work with a wide variety of clients including members of the LGBTQ+ community, and I will equip you with tools to work through any challenges you are experiencing. Beginning therapy is a courageous act, and my goal is to build a supportive connection where you feel seen and accepted. If this resonates with you, feel free to schedule a free consultation call. And if you would like to continue working with me, I am also offering the first therapy session free of charge. Just click the link in my profile! Specialties: I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and identity-related challenges. Many of my clients are a part of the LGBTQ community and are seeking clarity, self-acceptance or support working through life transitions. In therapy, we will explore thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and build emotional resilience. My goal is to help you feel more confident and connected to yourself. Credentials & Experience: I am completing my final counseling internship as part of my training towards licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I also bring over eight years of experience supporting individuals in the mental health field.

"I use person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches that encourage self-reflection, empowerment, and personal growth. Our first session will help us get to know each other and discuss what your goals are. We will spend time exploring how your thoughts, emotions and behaviors influence your daily life and develop skills that strengthen your self-confidence and emotional resilience."
