About
Do you feel like you always have to have it together? Do you feel like you have to say ‘yes’, when what you really want to say is ‘no’? Do you feel like you constantly worry about what other people think of you? Or that you have to be perfect? If any of these questions resonate, then you’re in the right place! I'm a millennial therapist who utilizes classic CBT and Parts Work (with some humor and expletives tossed in) to help clients better understand what it is they're struggling with. Together, we can explore ways to better know and cope with your anxiety, set better boundaries, and help you feel more centered. If you feel like you're ready to start the process of self-exploration and understanding and you'd like to see if we'd be a good fit, feel free to reach out for a free fifteen minute consultation here or on my website! Specialties: I work with clients who are managing anxiety and depression, particularly around current affairs, as well as clients experiencing grief. Initial sessions are information gathering and getting to know one another before diving into better understanding your feelings and internalized beliefs. I am also a MaMHCA certified supervisor and work with pre and post license clinicians. Credentials & Experience: I have a decade of experience helping adults managing anxiety and depression, as well as exploring family dynamics and how they effect us in the present. I am licensed in MA and am a virtual-only therapist.
"I am an integrative therapist, using a person-centered approach, allowing you to explore what may be most helpful to you in your therapy journey. Whether that's CBT to understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, or diving deeper into understanding your emotions and experiences through IFS, we can explore how to get the best out of our work together."
