About
If you are searching for a therapist who understands that life is complex, values your individuality, and works together with you to find the best therapeutic approach to give you relief, happiness, and hope, please reach out to me. My mission is to inspire my clients to live each day with more happiness and authenticity. I am friendly, humorous, empathetic, insight-driven, compassionate and forthright. I hope that in working with me, you feel understood, valued, and appreciated for your uniqueness. With an interdisciplinary approach, I utilize a variety of techniques tailored specifically to what resonates with my clients. I specialize in depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, and relationships between couples. I believe that everyone can feel healthier, happier, and more whole, and my clients generally experience positive momentum in their lives after just a couple of sessions. I have been a professor of philosophy for over 20 years, specializing in philosophical psychology. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is transformative and that in therapy, whether with me or another therapist, you will feel more empowered to live the life you truly deserve. I would be honored to be a part of your journey. Specialties: Most of my clients experience noticeable relief from some of their most troubling symptoms within a month or two. We will gradually move deeper into promoting your well-being, finding your fulfillment, and resolving long-standing difficulties that have stunted your life's natural progress. Credentials & Experience: I have been a Professor of Philosophy for over 20 years, specializing in philosophy of mind, ethics, and yoga. My publications include Mind Over Matter (2025), Creating a Shared Morality (2021), The Philosophy of Spirituality (2018), and Philosophy of Mind (2019).
