About
I am a licensed therapist and the founder of ChromaCare Counseling where I'm dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space for self-discovery and growth. I specialize in working with clients ages preteens to adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and grief. I value providing care that is trauma informed, facilitates healthy relationship dynamics, and is LGBTQ+ affirming. Navigating life's challenges doesn't have to be done alone. Finding a therapist who fits you can create a supportive therapeutic alliance towards empowerment, resilience, and developing effective strategies. I'm committed to working with clients from a variety of backgrounds who are looking for a gentle, collaborative approach to therapy. I have experience and additional training working trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, LGBTQ+ affirming, relationships, and grief. My approach is eclectic with a collaborative client-centered foundation. If you are ready to embark on this transformative journey, I welcome you to schedule an initial consultation. A 15 minute consultation with me will give both of us a better idea if we can work well together. Email is the best way to reach me! Specialties: I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma related to life transitions or their relationships. During our initial sessions, we will explore all the different factors in your life that may be at play and collaborate to create a treatment plan together that meets your needs. Most of my clients have shared noticing steady improvements in our time together.
"I prefer to use eclectic therapy in which I use and apply a variety of techniques and approaches that best meet my clients' individual needs. I find I have a preference towards Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Trauma focused, and Cognitive Processing Therapy out of the ones listed. This means my approach will be centered on meeting your needs in a practical manner with evidence-based interventions."
