About
If you’ve experienced a miscarriage, are navigating infertility, or are pregnant after loss, you may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, or fear that something could go wrong again. You might feel isolated, even around others who care about you, or unsure how to move forward while carrying both hope and loss at the same time. You don’t have to go through this alone. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate pregnancy loss, infertility, trauma, and the emotional complexity of trying to grow your family after loss. I bring a unique combination of expertise in both psychotherapy and fertility counseling, allowing me to support not only the emotional impact of loss and infertility, but also the medical, relational, and psychological layers that often come with these experiences. Whether you are coping with a miscarriage, recurrent pregnancy loss, infertility, trying to conceive, reproductive trauma, or pregnancy after loss anxiety, therapy can help you process grief, reduce anxiety, and feel more grounded. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or afraid to feel hopeful again—we work together to help you mourn and move-on with greater hope and meaning. Specialties: I have advanced training in both psychotherapy and fertility counseling, speak internationally on pregnancy loss, and am the author of Psychotherapy for Pregnancy Loss: Applying Relational Science to Clinical Practice. Credentials & Experience: My credentials and training are relatively unique in that I am a researcher and clinician and have in-depth psychotherapy training and fertility counseling training which I integrate to provide treat the medical, social, psychological, and relational aspects of infertility and pregnancy loss.
