About
Now Accepting New Clients. Many people are feeling overwhelmed by life's stressors, relationship struggles, grief, and trauma, and need a safe place to be heard and understood. My clients often seek emotional healing, practical coping skills, and overall support, so they can live with more function and balance in their lives. My passion is supporting adults in navigating through life transitions, emotional challenges, and trauma. Using evidence-based interventions, compassion, and a strength- based approach, I help clients build resilience, self-awareness and insight, and develop tools for lasting change. Taking the first step to begin therapy is courageous, and you don’t have to face your challenges alone. Together, we can create a path toward healing and growth. If this speaks to you, I invite you to reach out and begin your journey. Specialties: I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety or depression related to their family, relationships, or finances. During our initial session, we will dive deeply into those issues and work together to create a plan for addressing them in a way that works with your strengths because "you know yourself best." This helps you to gradually improve symptoms and get your life back.
"My main therapy approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In our sessions, I'll provide psycho-education around CBT and how your thoughts affect your emotions and experiences. With CBT, we'll look at those thoughts and their origin. I'll help you learn how to identify negative thoughts and push back against them or reframe them to change your feelings and experiences for the better."
