About

The mission of the Counseling Center Group is to offer expert counseling therapy services delivered by experienced therapists with diverse specialties. Our approach is rooted in the belief that equipping clients with effective tools can enhance their daily lives. As a result, we strive to empower our clients to live their lives independently, without relying on prolonged therapy. At CCG we employ many evidence-based modalities to help you live a life worth living. Some of these modalities include but are not limited to: DBT, DBT-C, CBT, ART, and Gottman Couples Therapy. We are committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care for individuals, couples, families, parents, and even groups. Through evidence-based therapy, we believe everyone can understand and see things more clearly. We understand that seeking help may be hard initially, but you have come to the right place. We seek to make the transition into therapy seamless, and look forward to starting your journey with you. Specialties: Initially developed as a therapy for individuals with chronic suicidal tendencies, DBT has evolved to offer benefits to anyone seeking to cultivate a healthier emotional outlook. With a focus on developing essential skills, DBT therapy can assist those struggling with a range of issues, including loneliness, anxiety, emptiness, impulsive behavior, depression, interpersonal conflicts and more.

"DBT is intended as a brief treatment that offers a structured roadmap, built around four essential components: one-on-one therapy every week, skills training group every week, phone coaching between sessions, and weekly meetings among therapists to improve their expertise."
