About
Life can be challenging, both within ourselves and in our connections with others. It often feels daunting to reach out for support — yet doing so is already a meaningful movement toward change. In therapy, I look beyond the shame, guilt, anxiety, doubt, and trauma that might bring you here. I also look for the strengths, openings, and subtle sparks of growth that show up even in the midst of struggle. I work with trauma, grief, addiction, emotional difficulties, life changes, and relational stress. My specialties include addiction recovery, PTSD, emotional disturbances, and personal development. My approach blends mindful mind-body techniques with trauma processing and a deep focus on relational and emotional transformation. It is both practical and grounded in everyday life while also attentive to the deeper experience of each client. I emphasize what is healthy, resilient, and emerging — helping those moments expand to support meaningful change. I’m usually in session during the day, but I will get back to you as soon as possible. Email is the most reliable way to reach me. It can take time to find a therapist who truly fits, so feel free to ask any questions. You’re also welcome to visit my website for a clearer understanding of my style and the services I offer. Specialties: I have always focused on PTSD and complex/childhood PTSD. I also work with addiction utilizing my experiential and neuro methods. Lately I have also began integrating much more knowledge of neurodivergence as I am neurodivergent myself. I also work with clients wanting to expand themselves, connect spiritually or overcome motivational blocks.
"I specialize in experiential and embodied types of psychotherapy that work on a deep neuro-somatic level so that therapy does not have to be a guessing game about change, but a visceral experience. My AEDP approach builds rapport rapidly and to me, get's the the point of change as quickly as possible where a client may find less formality but also more focused work on emotional change."
