About
I help women and gender diverse folks affected by trauma, anxiety, and grief. Many folks I work with often find relationships and major life transitions hard to navigate, and are looking for empathy and collaboration in understanding themselves. I build genuine relationships with my clients to support you in sorting through how your past connects to the present. I utilize a feminist and social justice lens to strengthen self-awareness and collaborate with my clients to deepen the connection between mental health and the body. I'll help you recognize patterns, understand the connection between your past and present, and develop coping skills to navigate life with more confidence and resilience. I combine a compassionate approach and emotionally-safe environment with implementation of evidence-based practices involving the mind and the body to create lasting change. Together we will explore how your early experiences and family dynamics have shaped your life and continue to impact you today. We will work collaboratively to create the lasting change you are looking for. I offer free phone consultations to discuss your personal therapy goals, answer any questions you may have, and see if I’m the right fit for you. Specialties: I specialize in working with women and gender diverse individuals who have experienced trauma.
