About
Hello! I am so glad you have decided to take the next step of your healing journey. Sometimes it can feel very overwhelming when trying to navigate issues with trauma, anxiety and interpersonal stressors. I am here to let you know you don't have to do it on your own. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to help people work towards living lives that are meaningful to them. Please note: As a group practice, inquiries may be shared internally with another clinician if the person you contact is not available. My approach is integrative, drawing from several evidence-based modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques. Whether you’re struggling with trauma, anxiety, or navigating complicated relationships, we’ll work collaboratively to help you manage your overall wellbeing. Our sessions will be a mix of thought-provoking conversations and practical solutions. I’ll offer guidance, but you will be in control of your journey. My role is to support you in building a toolkit for managing anxiety and improving your emotional connections. Together, we’ll help you identify your goals and walk through them at your own pace. Specialties: I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, low self esteem and have difficulty in interpersonal relationships. During our initial sessions, we will explore the issues at hand, and collaborate to create meaningful goals and a plan to achieve those objectives. Most of my clients have experienced reductions in their symptoms within the first month and continue to show improvement thereafter. Credentials & Experience: I have been working in the mental health field since 2015 and have a background in Child and Family Development. I am licensed in FL, ME, and NH and have an additional training as a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS).
