If you’re struggling with life changes or relationship difficulties, feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from your values or your sense of self, or are just stuck and unsure of how to move forward, I'm glad you're here. My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and deeply relational. Together, we will identify and celebrate your strengths, discover new insight and understanding, uncover your authentic self, nurture meaningful connections, and help you move toward a greater sense of purpose, fulfillment, and wellness. I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing current relationship challenges or who want to heal from wounds in earlier attachment relationships. I also support clients who are navigating the changes and challenges of early adulthood, partnering, parenting, divorce, relocating, midlife, career changes, grief and loss, and other life transitions. I will meet you with warmth, compassion, humor, and authenticity and am committed to creating a safe and hopeful partnership in which you feel fully seen, heard, accepted, and supported – as well as compassionately challenged. Therapy is not always easy, but when we work together, we can produce truly transformative change. Let’s get started! Specialties: In addition to romantic couples, I work with relationships of all kinds, including parent-child, friends, colleagues, etc. I also work well with individuals experiencing a wide range of life transitions and relational difficulties, often accompanied by feelings of shame, anxiety, low self-worth, disconnection from sense of self, and/or a lack of meaning and purpose. Credentials & Experience: I am currently training to become a Relational Life Therapy (RLT) Certified Therapist. I also have training in emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and family systems approaches, among others.
"While the core of my work is based in relational therapy (RLT), emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and existential therapy, I utilize an integrative and flexible approach that draws on a range of modalities and interventions to meet the individual needs of each client."
