About
Welcome and congratulations. The fact that you're considering therapy for the first time or returning to, is a testament of your self-respect, open-mindedness and willingness to address issues and explore change. My clinical practice includes trauma (direct or vicarious), acute, chronic and complex, anxiety, stress, mood-disorders and dysregulation, co-occurring disorders and OCD, obsessive compulsive disorders and behaviors. My areas of expertise include treating the disease of addiction, its countless manifestations and inevitable unmanageability with substances (alcohol, drugs, Rx meds), cyber and IT abuse/addiction, gaming, streaming, gambling, porn/sex/lust, and other mental obsessions-compulsions and addictive algorithm screens. One goal is to facilitate and learn how to invite lightness and a shift in perception in learning how to reframe our view of our life situations. Therapy is an ongoing gift to ourselves and being mindful that, if nothing changes, nothing changes. Therapy is a process - not an event - and working at the client's pace is most important.
