Sarah Steed

I have experience working with Adults, Couples, and Families. I often work with issues such as relational issues, family issues, grief, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, spirituality, spiritual trauma, and adoptive/foster relationships. I am a Christian counselor and I like to approach counseling with an integrated biblical worldview, with focuses in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, The Gottman Method, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Trauma Informed Care for Foster & Adoptive families (based off of a TBRI approach), and Certified SYMBIs Facilitator. I am very passionate about seeing my clients reach their personal goals, and becoming the people they wish to be. I see it as a privilege when clients choose me to join them on their journey to become more well-rounded individuals, experiencing more joy and satisfaction in their everyday lives.
