Hello! I completed a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. I have experience supporting individuals impacted by addictions, and I fully embrace 12-step recovery methods. I have experience working with individuals (adolescents up to adults) who are experiencing grief, depression, anxiety and adjustment concerns. As a strengths-based practitioner, I believe every person has resources to pursue wellness and meaning in life. My goal is to help individuals connect with both internal and external resources, including religious faith and values, to overcome life’s difficulties.
