About
I specialize in working with women who have experienced trauma, addiction, or challenges in relationships. If you have ever felt lost, overwhelmed, or alone in your struggles, you are not alone—and you do not have to navigate healing by yourself. My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive. I see myself as a guide, walking alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner strength and capacity for healing. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting (Phase One and Two), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I have experience working with high-acuity concerns, including suicidal thoughts and self-harm, and I am committed to ongoing learning to best support each client’s unique goals. I hold the belief that our past continues to shape our present. Therapy offers a space to gently explore how life experiences influence current emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Shifting the question from “What is wrong with me?” to “What happened to me?” can be a powerful step toward understanding, self-compassion, and lasting healing. Specialties: I work with women who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter. Credentials & Experience: I am trained in Brainspotting, EMDR, and IFS Level One which are great models used to facilitate healing of complex trauma.
"My healing practice focuses primarily on deep processing through Brainspotting and EMDR. I also intertwine IFS/Parts work into my practice.
