About

You’re tired of pretending. You've spent years camouflaging, people-pleasing, and overachieving to survive in a world that wasn't designed for you. You rest just enough to feel human again, only to land back in the same cycle of burnout and overwhelm. Maybe other therapists said you're “too self-aware,” but I see your insight as a strength. You're the expert on yourself. I'm here to help you reconnect with your intuition & shed others’ demands and expectations. This journey is about coming home to yourself, without the “shoulds” or the pressure to conform and finding a path forward. As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer (autism + ADHD), I blend lived experience with clinical training to create a space where you don’t have to explain/justify your neurodivergence. My approach is deeply relational, centered on trust, attunement, and collaboration. Using your values, strengths, and even your special interests, we’ll build a plan that works for you. Sick of deep breathing exercises and CBT worksheets that don’t help? It’s time to be seen, heard, and known, beneath the mask. You’ve carried internalized ableism, high expectations, and burnout long enough. If you’re ready to quiet all the noise and tune into who you really are, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Are you ready to get started? Specialties: I have nearly four years of experience supporting those who have been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism. I am trained in EMDR and have completed Levels 1 & 2 of the Gottman Method. I am also trained to administer the ADOS-2 and MIGDAS. Additionally, I enjoy working with veterans, religious trauma survivors, and the LGBTQIA2S community. Credentials & Experience: I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Kentucky and a Nationally Certified Counselor, with a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health and Military/Veterans Counseling. I am pursuing a Doctor of Education in Neurodiversity at Johns Hopkins University.

"I take a relational approach to therapy, with a strong focus on advocacy and accommodation. Drawing from modalities like Autistic-Centered Therapy, polyvagal theory, EMDR, IFS, and DBT, I adapt my approach to honor your neurotype. Together, we'll create a supportive space for healing, self-discovery, and growth."
