Life can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, navigating big transitions, or feeling disconnected from your identity. I’m here to help you reconnect: to your body, your inner strength, and your voice. I specialize in somatic and trauma-informed therapy, with a focus on helping adults—and some children—move from survival to thriving. My work includes a strong focus on perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through postpartum challenges. I also focus on mild to severe anxiety disorders and ADHD. I offer in person therapy in West Wichita or telehealth anywhere in the state of Kansas. I’m trained in Brainspotting, a powerful treatment method to process trauma. In sessions, I integrate body-based healing, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based practices to support lasting, whole-person transformation. You don’t have to walk this path alone. Healing is possible, and you deserve to feel safe, grounded, and hopeful for the future. As a wife, mom of 4, and someone who has lived with ADHD and anxiety, I understand how overwhelming life can feel. I know the beauty and the challenges of relationships and parenting. If you’re ready to face what’s been weighing you down but aren’t sure where to start, I’m here to walk with you. Credentials & Experience: I completed a Bachelor's Degree in Social work in 2011 and a Master's Degree in Social Work in 2016.
"I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT,) Brainspotting and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT.) In my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress."
