Welcome, I'm Kasen Anderson, and I look forward to connecting with you! As I get to know someone, I use a person centered approach, which is a collaborative effort where I see you as the expert on your life and look for your feedback on what is best for you. I often check-in with those I serve to make sure we are on a positive path, and I can change my evidence-based approach to best fit your needs. I strive to build a foundation of trust with those I serve, so that we can create a safe environment to promote healing. I don't subscribe to one approach fitting everyone. We all need to be handled with care. With experience dating back to 2015 and a deep commitment to evidence-based practices, I work with children (6+), teens, and adults facing a range of challenges, including trauma, neurodivergence, suicidal ideation, anxiety, gender identity, and more. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ & marginalized people. I am very passionate about providing affirming, inclusive care to help people lead healthier, happier lives. It is a joy to see people grow with support & understanding.
