As a client-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or relationship problems, today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered to maximize your utmost potential. Therapy is for someone who is motivated to grow, learn about themselves, and make positive changes in their life and relationships. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to generalized anxiety, couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients. I am not able to accept any EAP programs at this time. I can accept most insurance as an in-network provider. You can contact your insurance company directly to learn what they will cover. Specialties: In our first sessions together, we'll take time to truly understand your story and the challenges that brought you here. From depression, trauma, anxiety, or relationship issues, we will create a plan that supports healing, growth, and lasting change. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and begin to feel more like yourself again. Credentials & Experience: I am licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. I have four degrees including 2 undergraduate degrees, a masters degree counseling, and an Education Specialist degree in clinical counseling. I am trained in various methods, including integrative mental heath.
