About
I aim to empower all clients on their journey to wholeness. I provide a safe space for personal exploration and growth. I help clients address their individual issues within the context of their relationships, fostering self-awareness and emotional healing. I facilitate partners to strengthen bonds, improve communication, and resolve conflicts constructively. I guide couples in rebuilding trust, enhancing intimacy, and fostering secure relationships. I assist families to work through challenges and nurture genuine bonds. I strive to cultivate trust, understanding, compassion, and secure connections within the family unit. I believe every client system is unique, and I use both my medical and therapy background to support connection, resilience, and meaningful growth. My work is guided by evidenced based research, but also by the belief that therapy should feel safe, supportive, and be tailored to each person’s journey. I want everyone I interact with to feel seen, accepted, and understood. I aim to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where people feel safe to be themselves, explore what matters most, and make positive changes, big or small. I combine practical skill with genuine warmth—and can laugh when life gets tough. I hope you'll feel at home with me.
