About
Life can be stressful! My name is Casey and I'm here to help. Anxiety, depression, hurt from relationships, and other factors can make day-to-day life feel overwhelming. You may feel confused, not knowing what will help, which direction to go, or where to start. Or maybe you have some idea of what needs to change, but can't understand why you can't make it happen. Sometimes all we need are the right tools and someone who listens with caring and empathy to help us really move forward in a lasting way. My goal is to share practical tools, while also addressing the root of the problem, so you feel the relief and joy of healing. I integrate mindfulness and practical coping skills to manage stress and emotions. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space to process, and I use evidence-based techniques, like EMDR, EFIT, and CBT, to change unhelpful patterns. I am here to make the first step of reaching out easy and guide you through the process of change. I offer a free 15 minute consultation where we can touch base and see if we'd be a good counseling fit. I'd love to get to know you and support you on your journey to healing. Feel free to call or email today!
