About
Anxiety & OCD take many forms. A fear of contamination, discomfort when something is out of order, distress that you might act on a harming/sexual thought, fear that you are a bad person or will be punished by a higher being, blasphemous thoughts that shake your faith, or fears you are responsible for something bad happening. Anxiety can look like worries about the future, fear of embarrassment, health anxiety, panic attacks, hair pulling and skin picking, or wondering if you're good enough. If any of this sounds familiar, my practice may be a good fit for you, as I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, OCD, and BFRBs. From the initial appointment, you will gain a sense of hope & relief that the anxiety you have been experiencing really can be managed. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (including ERP, I-CBT, ComB Model) to address OCD, GAD, Social Anxiety, phobias, Health Anxiety, Panic Disorder, hair pulling, skin picking, among others. Contact me if you would like to schedule an appointment. Learn more about anxiety disorders, OCD, and BFRBs and how I can help.
