About
Hello! I’m Aaron and I am passionate about helping you find greater expansiveness, security and joy in your life. I use Somatic Experiencing to help trauma heal, fight/flight/freeze responses to complete and to bring balance to your emotional life. I am also certified in psychoanalysis and trained to listen deeply and help bring awareness to the hidden patterns that represent important parts of you waiting to be heard and cared for. Attachment issues, developmental trauma, religious trauma, crisis trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, moodiness, unwanted habits, arrogance, blaming, being overly dismissive, avoidance, paranoia, over working, obsessive focus, artistic block, too much emotion, not enough emotion, religious abuse. I also offer personal Enneagram coaching. If you are curious about yourself and the complexities of you, artists, musicians, creatives, pastors, leaders, those who struggle to feel their emotions at all and the other side of that coin, those who struggle with feeling too much of their emotions. You deserve to feel better, I'd love to help you with that! Specialties: using both a Psychoanalytic approach (i.e. being curious with you about what happens between you and I in efforts to recognize unconscious emotional needs and try to help them and make sense of them) and a Somatic Experiencing approach (i.e. helping you tracking sensations, imagery, movements, emotions & meaning slowly to help express stuck fight, flight or freeze responses in the body). Credentials & Experience: I have over 10 years of experience. I am a certified psychoanalyst, have also completed Somatic Experiencing training through Intermediate II and I offer Enneagram coaching through my practice.
