About
Are you an individual experiencing anxiety, depression, or a lack of meaning in life? Are you a couple experiencing communication difficulties, distrust, or a lack of connection in your relationship? If you are tired of going in circles and want to dig deep into the heart of these problems than I may be able to assist you. My practice is a blend of philosophical inquiry and psychodynamic techniques which involve gently exploring your deepest beliefs and the unconscious patterns that shape your life at a pace that is comfortable for you. My approach is aimed at cultivating the insight that is necessary for you to experience deep healing and lasting transformation. I enjoy working with adults and have experience with both individual and couple's therapy. My specializations include working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, as well as concerns related to identity, interpersonal difficulties, and spirituality. I primarily use psychodynamic approaches (e.g., Jungian), but may also draw upon DBT, ACT, etc.
"I primarily use psychodynamic approaches. These practices involve gently exploring unconscious conflicts at a pace that is comfortable for you and bringing them to your awareness so that they may be successfully integrated into your conscious identity. This approach is also referred to as "depth psychology" as it targets deeper conflicts rather than surface level ones."
