About
Your story matters, and so do you. The experiences we have—especially early in life—shape how we see ourselves and the world. When those experiences bring pain, they can leave lasting wounds, affecting the way you think, feel, and connect with others. But no matter what you’ve been through, healing is possible. Therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. I work hard to create that for you, meeting you with warmth, compassion, and curiosity. Every moment in our sessions is an opportunity for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, uncover your strengths. I work with various mind/body and compassion based approaches to help people release trauma(s). I work with mood disorders, identity and career concerns, low self-esteem, being hard on the self, family of origins concerns, relationship struggles, sexual orientation and gender identity and expression difficulties. I explore effects of cultural, racial, gender, sexuality. I have 10+ years of training and experience in working with ED disorders, trauma, sexual orientation, life transitions, and pain related concerns. I have extensive experience working with Issues related to religious beliefs, spirituality, and existential questions. Please contact me if you have questions and know that I would be most pleased to serve you.
"Feeling stuck in depression or emotional pain? You're not alone. Some parts of you may be trying to cope, while others hold deep hurt. Through Internal Family Systems (IFS), we'll gently explore these parts with curiosity and compassion. I also use somatic work and EMDR-informed techniques to heal at a deeper level. For strong inner resistance, IFS-informed Ketamine-Assisted Therapy can help."
