About
You’re watching your child struggle with big, overwhelming emotions. Frustration turns into meltdowns, worries linger, and reactions feel bigger than the moment. School stress and emotional ups and downs leave you exhausted and unsure how to help. Your child isn’t choosing this—they may not yet have the tools to understand what’s happening in their body and brain. Using trauma-informed, child-centered therapy, I help children build emotional awareness, coping skills, and regulation through play, CBT, and PCIT-informed strategies. Reach out for a free consultation. My goal is to understand each person’s individual story and find their goals and motivation for engaging in therapy. I offer a collaborative and relaxed approach to therapy and believe that empathy and authenticity is crucial to the therapeutic relationship. Taking the first step toward healing can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you're ready to start your journey toward growth and well-being, I invite you to reach out and begin our work together. Specialties: I help clients navigate anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, relationship stress, and life transitions. Treatment often includes skill-building, insight, and practical strategies using evidence-based approaches. Clients can expect increased emotional awareness, healthier coping, improved relationships, and greater confidence in managing daily stressors. Credentials & Experience: Licensed Independent Social Worker with experience using CBT, DBT, PCIT, and trauma-informed approaches across children, teens, and adults.
