About
Accepting new clients! I specialize in working with folks experiencing anxiety, grief/loss, bipolar disorder and perinatal issues. I work with many neurodiverse folks and inform my practice around learning how to work with our brains, not against them. My therapeutic style is exploratory and forthright, and I give space for you to understand what you are experiencing and create the tools to navigate it. Your work with me will be tailored to your individual needs, and you will leave our sessions together feeling a stronger sense of confidence, release, and strength in your ability to meet your needs and resolve life's issues. My approach centers around psychodynamic, person-centered, IFS, and CBT theories. We will explore the roots of what created your struggles and work in the here and now to find balance and contentment. I have ample experience working with neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ folks and find passion working with folks going through pregnancy/postpartum/fertility. I believe that all humans are capable of growth and change, and we all need the right environments to thrive in. I am dedicated to meeting you where you're at and creating an inviting space where you can feel confident and comfortable. I encourage you to contact me or visit my website to get started working together! Specialties: I have ample experience working with folks who are neurodiverse and folks who are part of the LGBTQIA community. I am passionate about working with folks in the perinatal stage of life. I work to meet the needs of and craft treatment for anyone who comes to session. Credentials & Experience: Feel free to reach out with further questions on my credentials and qualifications.
