About
I believe healing is not just about reducing symptoms. It is about reconnecting with yourself, understanding the patterns and experiences that shaped you, and learning how to live with greater presence, alignment, and wholeness. My work centers around Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and the integration of journeywork, integrative healing, and the exploration of consciousness. I work especially well with individuals who are open to looking beyond surface-level change and are curious about the deeper relationship between the mind, body, soul, and the nature of human experience itself. I bridge modern psychology and trauma-informed care with the exploration of spirituality, metaphysics, and non-ordinary states of consciousness. I deeply value both the science that helps us understand healing and the ancient wisdom and indigenous traditions that have long recognized the interconnectedness of all things. In our work together, we may explore past wounds, relational patterns, identity, purpose, emotional regulation, spirituality, and existential questions. I incorporate somatic work, parts work, mindfulness, meditation, and depth-oriented exploration to support healing that is not only insightful, but embodied and sustainable. Specialties: I help folks struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, neurodivergence, and feeling disconnected from themselves. Our work goes beyond symptom management to address root causes and support deep transformation. Clients who engage fully experience profound shifts in how they relate to themselves and their lives, with increased resilience, clarity, and a restored sense of wholeness and self-trust. Credentials & Experience: I am licensed in Iowa and hold additional training and certification in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy from Polaris Insight Center.
"My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy when appropriate. Together, we explore thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and patterns, while also working with the body and nervous system. The work is grounded and intentional, with a focus on creating meaningful, lasting internal change."
