Welcome! I'm so honored that you're here. You have already started on a journey of healing and if/when you're ready for more support, I'd be honored to join you. At some point, we all go through difficult life transitions or experiences. Perhaps you are feeling discouraged, confused, stuck, or frustrated with the patterns you're noticing in your behavior, relationships, or careers. Perhaps you've had trauma, a painful childhood, difficult relationships or loss. Exploring these experiences and patterns with compassion and curiosity can bring so much clarity and pave the way for deep healing and change. I love to work with people to release shame, increase self-compassion, work through trauma, and gain more authentic connection with the people in their lives. I also seek to help you understand and accept yourself at a deep level. I do this through attunement and a person-centered approach depending on the specific needs of my clients. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for support. If you are ready to do some inner work and find a place of healing and connection to yourself, please reach out. Credentials & Experience: I have been a birth doula since 2010 and have worked with hundreds of birthing people and their partners in going through one of life's most significant transitions. This work has taught me how to hold space for pain, grief, loss, change, and deep emotions.
