About
Feeling at war with your body can be an exhausting, debilitating daily battle that takes you away from the life you want. Whether you’re struggling with disordered eating, eating disorder concerns, or pregnancy/postpartum body changes, I would love to support you in healing your relationship with food, movement, and body image. I strive to bring an authentic, non-judgmental, and compassionate presence to sessions that empowers you to create a meaningful and fulfilling life. My work with clients often utilizes CBT, CBT-E, ACT, exposure and response prevention (ERP), and relational therapy techniques. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health (TTC, pregnancy, postpartum) and especially enjoy supporting clients navigating infertility, fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, stillbirth, infant loss, or being child-free not by choice. I also support clients navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image struggles, OCD, and grief. If any of this resonates with you- if you feel ready to reclaim your relationship with yourself, create a sense of meaning in your life, or challenge the things keeping you stuck- please reach out to set up a session. This work can be incredibly tough, and incredibly rewarding. Thank you for trusting me as a part of your healing journey. Specialties: I have a special interest in supporting clients navigating fertility treatment and pregnancy loss as they work to build their families and heal from these experiences. Working with eating disorders, disordered eating, and anxiety are also passions of mine. If these relate to what you're going through, please reach out! Credentials & Experience: I am licensed in both Iowa and Colorado and work with clients in both states.
