About
Are you an adult who suspects or recently discovered you have ADHD, Autism, or both (AuDHD) and are trying to make sense of your experiences? Many of my clients are late-diagnosed and have spent years feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or “out of sync.” You may struggle with executive functioning, burnout, emotional regulation, or relationships. I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, especially those navigating the combined ADHD and Autism experience, and also support anxiety, depression, and trauma through a neurodivergent-affirming lens. I provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy tailored to ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD. Together, we build practical strategies for emotional regulation, executive functioning, and burnout while helping you better understand how your brain works and what you need to function sustainably. You don’t have to keep forcing yourself into systems that don’t work for you. Therapy can be a space to better understand yourself, feel validated, and create change that feels sustainable. When you’re ready, I’m here to support you in a way that truly fits. Specialties: These are the main issues I can help you with: ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD, particularly for adults navigating late diagnosis and burnout. Treatment focuses on emotional regulation, executive functioning, and self-understanding, while also addressing anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. You can expect greater clarity, less overwhelm, and tools that actually work for you. Credentials & Experience: I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD in adults, with a focus on late diagnosis, burnout, and executive functioning. My work is neurodivergent-affirming and integrates mind-body approaches to support sustainable change.
"I integrate ACT, DBT, CBT, and Interpersonal Neurobiology within a neurodivergent-affirming approach. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and flexible, focusing on understanding your brain, building usable skills, and creating strategies that feel sustainable in your daily life."
